3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date for a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or for no-shows.
- Acute reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Liability
- Acute acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., transportation, accommodations, and activity operators). We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from services provided by third parties.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health, safety, and legal requirements for participation in any activity.
5. Changes to Bookings
- Acute reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries, tour details, or schedules to ensure the quality of the experience.
- Significant changes will be communicated to customers as soon as possible.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate personal details when booking.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
- Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior during the tour may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Acute website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Acute and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this policy.
9. Force Majeure
- Acute is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
